Do you guarantee that every seed will grow into a plant?
We ensure all seeds are correctly identified and are very fresh, citing the viability rates. However we cannot guarantee any given germination rate, because certain specie require more skill to germinate. Many seeds need special treatment such as soaking or nicking. Some people choose to use natural smoke flavor or plant hormones such as gibberellic acid treatment to boost germination rates. Most importantly, research proper germination methods for each particular specie. HAPPY GROWING!

repotting any plant
check to see if roots have become "bound" if so it might be time to repot. If the roots are encircling the rootball, make a few very shallow slits up and down the sides so the roots won't strangle the other roots and very gently pull some of the roots out to spread them around in the new growing media.

Rooting cacti
If you have a cutting, make sure it's dried and calloused over. Then make sure you have a warm area with sufficient light and proper cacti growing media. Then place the cutting in dry soil, with the bottom pointed down (you can check by looking at the orientation of the spines, if you have a center cut). The roots will likely start forming in a week or so. Only after roots begin to form, lightly water and this will encourage more root growth. Watering too much too soon will increase chances for rot or fungus problems.
